High Low Friday

High: A surprise present of yard decor for my backyard. I love little gifts when I don't expect them.

Low: A dear friend shared her bad health diagnosis. :( I am still hoping to wake up and have it be a dream.

Overall not the best week. Here's to a better weekend filled with sunshine and friends and no tears!

High Low Friday

It has been a while since my last High Low Friday and since I have a bunch of stuff to post about but I don't have my camera cord to get the pictures on my computer I thought I better at least post something so you all know I am still alive.

High: Buying plane tickets to Hawaii for the Biannual Swenson Family Hawaii Trip. We didn't think we were going to be able to make it happen this year, but thanks to Frequent Flyer Miles we will be basking in the sun for a week at the end of September.

Low: Very very bad health scare with Lisa, but after much fasting and prayer all seems to be doing better.

No one leaves me comments anymore, so someone please tell me what your High/Low for the week was.

High Low Friday

High: April Fooling people to believe that I was both pregnant and having triplets...neither true.

Low: Forgetting to feed Max this morning. Bad mother of the year award!

High/Low Friday

In our Monday morning meeting at work this week, my boss decided to start a new thing were we all went around and told our high and low things of the weekend. In an attempt to force more frequent blogging, I decided to try and give my High and Low for the week every Friday.

~High: Coming home from work to a present waiting on my front porch. Cupcake shaped lip gloss and stamps from my friend just because she saw them and thought I would like them. Seriously, who does that?? I want to be more like that. I then made her a batch of cupcakes a thank you card with my new stamps to tell her just how awesome she is.

~Low: Finding out that due to this stupid economy, my company is struggling and to prevent layoffs we are all taking a pretty substantial cut in pay. How lovely...no job for Colby, and less pay for me. I guess less money is better then no job so I will try hard to not complain.
